Part 2 of 2:Mini Biography and Photo

Now that you have accepted to be a part of the CCC we are building a one pager/information sheet about your group.

To complete Part 2 of the Registration Package, Please send us a clear, high resolution photo with you looking straight ahead and a short blurb about yourself answering the following questions.

Please provide a high resolution .jpeg photo in a separate attachment. The photo must be a jpeg and be minimum 800px wide, 72 dpi, not embedded in a word doc.

General info about yourself (name, age, where you are from, where you are living, what you do-school/work, any interesting facts about yourself).

Just be aware that this will be shared with your fellow CCC group members, our CCC team and some of our other CWF staff members.

This information may also be used by our communications team to write press releases about your CCC group. So only share what you are okay letting the world know.

We will be posting social media handles on our website for the public to follow along with your journey. If you are interested in sharing your experiences, please provide us with your Social Media handles (FB, Twitter, Instagram) in your bio. If you wish to remain private, this step is not necessary.
